And a cosplay New Year

Welp, I forgot to write a seasonal journal... ehh, there's too many of them around the Solstice anyway, very few of them having anything more meaningful to say than reminding us that it is in fact Christmas, or whatever other variant of the holiday the person in question acknowledges.

So... 2014... I wanted to hold off on submitting these pics a little while longer, (that should be submitted by the time this journal is up if you're not being naughty and reading it mere minutes after I post it) until a few more that I was waiting on came through, but ehhh, I already missed the Xmas theme date, and the new year's one is about to pass me by too.

If you hadn't noticed, things've been pretty quiet around here this past year, a lot of procrastinating and little being posted, I've been writer's blocking pretty hard, so naturally that also impairs my ability to come up with fun and interesting scenarios to commission people on, most of the scenarios you'll see from this little set of cosplay-themed pics are courtesy of my buddy

There's also been some... personal stuff that really makes things hard a lot of the time that just came up out of the blue this year, particularly affecting getting motivated for things, I'm not going to mention things in particular because I'm a private person, and we've all got problems, the internet doesn't need yet another public airing-out of emotional baggage.

Am I being too cynical? (looks back up at what I've written thus far) Yeah probably, I'll stop that now, suffice to say I'll try to dig myself out of this rut in the coming year and we'll see how well I do, Enjoy this lot of pics and those that'll soon(ish) follow.
